I look for the practice squad to include Jarrett Ferguson and Rodney Wright, and the others, I have no clue.

I agree with most of the cuts but there are a few suprises.
I don't understand why we cut Shawn Price? We just signed him 2 weeks ago, so he's just getting back into shape now. If we weren't going to keep him, why bother signing him in the first place?
I'm also suprised that Pucillo made the team with Early and Hulsey both being cut. Didn't see that one coming at all.
Stevenson making the team also suprised me.
I'm not suprised, but as I've probably made clear beforehand, I disagree with the Huntley cut. Oh well, I now hope that Bryson suprises me and fulfills all the hopes and dreams that everyone has for him.
Looks like we might have another draft where almost the entire class ends up contributing by the end of the season.

Price got cut? The guy we signed to help our DL...

He obviously was less than impressibe when they signed him. He's healthy, but maybe he lost a step or 2. Shawn Price can't afford to lose a step or 2, he was a gritty scrub when he had all his talent

Maybe he hasn't truly recovered from the knee injury last year.

If Burns can do as much as Huntley, then you $300,000 on the cap. Same as with the DL.

Bills need to make a couple of additions.

well..at least Tillman is gone...i wish Price had been given a shot though.

Is there anyone left to really spend the cap money on?
I don't see cap space really being all that valuable right now.
No team is going to want to trade anyone somewhat important for draft picks right now, so you're going to be able to dump some money anyway in a trade, and anyone left unsigned should be able to be had for under $1 mil, quite doable under our previous cap circumstances I believe.

I happy for Irons and Rone, those guys played well all preseason and got what they deserved, a roster spot.

Which was the guy with the pony-tail, Rone or Wright?

tillman never lived up to his expectation.that's just another Buthole blunder for the books.i wouldn't be surprised to see him land with the FALCONS.

Yes, we still have bannan.

I just realized a few things.

#1. With tillman gone does that mean that everyone from the 2000 draft class is gone?

#2 Morris is probably kicking himself for not taking the money from Huntley. Not only would he of gotten the money but he could get his number right back. :D

I ma not surprised to see Joe Burns make it. He is a very tough runner inside and has pretty good vision for the holes. I think that you will grow to like this guy.

Speaking of Bannan, Sporting News is reporting that he's the starting DT beside PW.

thank god huntly got cut....shawn price is a HUGE suprise...haven't the bills been talking him up all camp? and didn't they say how important it was that they signed a veteran dt to help with the youth?

I believe that Morris and Polk were both part of the 2000 class as well.

I am real suprised they kept Burns over Huntly seeing that Huntley was TD's boy in Pittsburg. Must have come down to special teams.

TD does not have his boys. He is willing to pay (Moulds, Bledsoe, London, Mike Willey) who ever he needs to and cut (Price, Flutie, Johnson, Washington, Jones, Holecek, Rogers, Huntly, whoever) anyone that he needs to. His penchant for not guaranteeing contracts for injured players has managed to keep us away from Cowart, RJ, Hardy, Jackson, and some other guys who might not be around on opening day. I like what he has done.

I am surprised about Price. I thought he provides servicable depth with experience at the defensive tackle pos. I'm not crazy about their depth a DT right now. Since I'm not in the Buffalo area I haven't heard anything Ron Edwards play thus far and Larson isn't the answer as a second stringer. I've heard some good things about Bannan but not much and he's still a rookie. If he doesn't produce where do they turn? Anybody know what's out there for available FA's at def. takle?

I won't miss Tillman.

I always thought Huntley was just a body for camp, just to give a competetive push to the Bill's vets. I mean, Williams knew exactly what he had to offer from his earlier assosiation, right? But he didn't push him to the forefront during camp.

Larsen was dumped earlier. I was a little surprised but the cut of Price, but I presume after he started practicing GW decided he just doesn't have it any more. Hopefully the young guys still have upside and will continue to develop. I'm also a little surprised at the # of RBs on the roster. In the preseason they hardly ran the ball at all. If that were to continue, they'll be paying a lot of guys to ride the pine. I guess the coaching staff must be convinced it'll be different when the bullets are real starting next Sunday.

I said it before, and I'm saying it now...I have a good feeling about Bannan! I think he will surprise a few people!
