All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
These are the moves that make that organization good. They know talent and they don't care how old a player is. I would have liked to see him in Buffalo.
I think he helps right away as a pass rusher on passing downs. That is his skill, and it is the Pats biggest need. That is why they made the deal. I see him as a valuable role player on passing downs, rushing the passer opposite Adalius Thomas.
However, I don't know if he will be an every-down LB. He has played some 3-4 OLB in Oakland under Rob Ryan, who used to coach for the Pats. However, he has been a 4-3 DE more in his career. I doubt he plays every down, but I bet he plays a lot on 3rd downs.
