    Does DJ show signs of change?

    I think he's much more forthcoming in answering questions and keeping Bills fans informed. The previous seasons he seemed to be way less committal on decisions as well. I'm hoping it's a sign of change... But it's probably just desperation on his part.

    Maybe being on the hotseat, has him working hard for the season.

      I hope hes changed. He always had potential to be a great HC, but hes made stupid game day decisions, has valued high motor-try hard guys over the superior talent, and never really got past his conservative nature.

      To be honest, Id love nothing better than to be wrong about Dick.

      I would love it if he brought this team to the Super Bowl.

      Id be happy if these first three years were his way of building a team to make a long term run.

      I dont think he did, but I would love nothing better than him to prove me wrong.

        That was funny. Basically, you are saying he always had the potential to be a great HC if he didn't suck at a bunch of things.

          No, Im saying he has always had potential, but he never got passed these stupid things. He never learned from his mistakes and got better. he has stayed the same.

          Im not pissed he sucks at things. Im pissed he hasnt tried to fix them.

            I think he will rely on his coordinators more this year.

              Unfortunately, what he needs to change is his address.

              His poor game management skills are killing this team.

                  High motor guys might work if he had awesome game plans and adjustments. Unfortunately he doesn't.
