    The great thing about preseason

It can be whatever you want it to be. It could be the end of the world, or it could be the start of a championship run. Causes for concern can be said to be "preseason" and so can triumphs. Ahhhh... bring on the football!

        Playing time
The starters on offense and defense for Buffalo are not expected to play more than two to three series before exiting the game.
“We still haven’t made any final decision about playing time for everybody,” said head coach Dick Jauron. “But everybody that’s healthy will more than likely play in this game. So all of our starters will see a little bit of time, and then we’ll work from there. We think all of the quarterbacks will get playing time, to some degree. A lot depends on how the game goes. But that’s our plan going in.”
Starters that are expected to see extended action are the two rookie guards Andy Levitre and Eric Wood

The best part of the preseason games at least as far as Im concerned is the 2nd Q on for the first two games where the rookies and UDFA's getting tons of PT and get a chance to make the squad. I usually have a sheet in front of me with all the guys I want to watch on both teams once the starters leave.

Agreed brother, I for one enjoy preseason games the same reason. I like to see what the rookies can do in this setting. It will be a good look at what we have on the bench. This is where those unrefined gems are found and molded into solid players.

Not to mention I NEED FOOTBALL. The HOF ceramony has awaken the hunger for football. I've been looking forward to firing up the grill and tossing some steak and having some good friends over. Looking forward to tonight.

Check out the official game thread I just posted names and numbers of a few players to watch on both sides. Should be a really good game!

As interesting as the rest of the game is, I am always very interested as to how our starters fair against their starters.

The play calling is just so vanilla I put so little stock into and I know some of the vets aren't really going all out either. I know you don't but I hate how some fans will see something bad or good tonight and assume its either the greatest or worst thing to ever happen.
