The Sabres have hired Leahy as their new vice president of sales and marketing. Leahy will be responsible for ticket sales and total game presentation.
"What you see from the time you walk into HSBC Arena until the time you leave Jim will have his stamp on that," Sabres Chief Operating Officer Dan DiPofi said.
