Again, for the 2008 season, a Zone Moderator will create the "official" gameday thread each week. It will be locked until several hours before gametime, and all other gameday threads will be deleted.

The discussion in these threads must be about the Buffalo Bills, and the current game in progress.

Flaming, veiled profanity, passive-aggressive insults, and any other posts not related to football are TOS violations, and will result in disciplinary action, including, but not limited to:
1. Moving the post to spam.
2. Verbal Warning.
3. Banning from the thread.
4. Points.

The the Official Gameday Thread, and the Buffalo BillsZone itself are for discussion of Buffalo Bills Football only. They will be monitored very thoroughly the entire season, and violators will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Please follow these simple rules, and show respect for your fellow posters, because in the end, we're all Bills fans, and we all want the same thing: A Championship season.

Thank You and Go Bills!

Mr. Pink
08-15-2009, 06:37 PM

There is a Jauron call. Bears blitz on D and make a big play. Jauron gives up, runs into the line and sets up for the FG.

That will get him fired by October. 2 years overdue.

Dujek
08-15-2009, 06:53 PM
The offensive problems this week are a combination of an inexperienced line and crappy play-calling. Edwards looks like he's ticking nicely.

We really should have taken a shot at the endzone on third and long...

BillsHound
08-15-2009, 06:54 PM
Typical Jauron call.

That's why the Bills won't beat the better teams in the NFL and why he will be fired at the end of the season. It's preseason. You don't have a play you want to work on in that situation? You really want to work on a 28-yard field goal? The guy is a jerk and I can't wait until he gets fired. Even an interception there in the preseason is better than a draw play and a field goal. What a joke coach. That's why he's only been in charge of one good season, which was largely due to winning games by luck. Have fun Dick, this will be your last ever season coaching in the NFL you fraud. Freaking draw play in preseason to set up a chip shot field goal. What a jerk.

Mr. Pink
08-15-2009, 06:54 PM
Well at least even without TO this week and horrid o-line play again, Trent looked very good this week. Plus the Bears have a pretty good 4.

I'm encouraged this week about QB play behind this o-line now.

What was the point in calling a TO there?

There was plenty of time to have a good play called, which was...

It's not the plays fault or Jaurons fault that the WR flat out dropped a TD.

Entire first half we overall looked tens times better than last week vs. Titans. I am impressed with the Defense 1st and 2nd team looked sharp. Trent looked like a Pro bowler. If he can keep this up we have a shot at a decent season. Would be nice to see TO on the field and see how much of an impact. Two stupid sacks.. expected both to happen with Levitre and Walker at LT but overall the OLine looked good. Loved how Lynch put dude on his ass up the sideline by blasting thru him.

Like what i see ... Need improvement but looks much better than first PS game.
