Opinions are like *******s as everyone has one.

Butler, not Wood, got beat for that sack. I watched it 3 times to make sure. Yes, it could be argued that the pass was late on the INT, but again it's not an INT if Evans isn't hit prior to the ball being delivered. As the announcer said "he was early".

You are wrong.

On the first sack, it is clearly Wood that gets beat for the sack, Butler is blocking Kampman, and Wood is blocking Johnny Jolly, who gets the sack. However, Kampman does beat Butler pretty bad as well. The second sack, you can't really say Butler gets beat, he blocks his man long enough for Edwards to get a pass away, however, Edwards hangs on to the ball and rolls out right at Butler, thus his man get the sack.

On the second sack, Wood actually doesn't block anyone, and runs around like a bafoon. I don't know if thats the other play the article references, but everything said about Wood is accurate.

Let's agree that on the one play that Edwards can't hang on a ball for 6 seconds. No o-lineman deserves that. But the replay and annoucer clearyly show Butler, not Wood, getting burned for the sack.

Butler's man does not lay a hand on Edwards.....though he does reach for him!
