Owens/Moss, and the race to 150 TDs

With Owens being traded to the Bills, it creates an interesting sub-plot in the AFC East this year.

There is only 1 player in NFL history with 150 or more TD receptions -- Jerry Rice (he has 197, which is pretty amazing).

Terrell Owens has 139, and Randy Moss has 135. Owens has the advantage, but Moss plays in a more prolific offense. Over the last couple years, Moss has 33 TDs to Owens 25.

Both guys have reached the endzone in their career pretty consistently, so one can assume they will continue. Which gets to 150 first?

Playin on the Bills certainly won't help Owens. I'd say Moss.

If we can't get to Brady Moss will pass Owens after week one.

I believe Moss had 4 TDs in the last beat down.

I think Edwards already loves Owens and will get him the ball a lot.

It will definitely be close though.

Who wouldn't go with Moss? Owens need 11 TD's to reach 150. Edwards threw 11 TD's all last year.

Moss will get there first due to offensive system in place. I still think TO will pull in 10 + TDs regardless this season if he can stay healthy in regards to the toe. I fear it can be an injury that effects him later in the season if it gets aggravated again or if he pushes it before it is 100%.

I wouldn't put all my eggs in Moss's basket if he plays RS like he is now. How many dropped passes has he had this PS? Doesn't even look like the Moss we all know. What's going on with that, NE?

I think Moss has looked great. He has been healthy all camp and putting in the work. The coaches rave about him, and the all through camp the reports were the great great catches he would make every day.

I'm not sure what you are looking at, but he looks like the same guy to me.

Moss always looks good. He had one period where he was unproductive and that was in Oakland and that was due to his lack of desire to play there. Now that he has Tom Terrific and cast he has the ability to kill DBacks . I think he is a premire WR in the Leauge but I would rather have Owens over Moss with a Brady type QB behind Center....

They'll both reach the landmark, and it will likely be this year for both of them...
