Commission voids report faulting police in shooting death of former NFL player

SAN DIEGO (May 22, 2003 1:31 p.m. EDT) - A report criticizing two police officers in the 1999 shooting death of former NFL linebacker Demetrius DuBose was declared "overturned" and will be removed from personnel records.
