But he had a 13-3 season with the Bears! And Bellicheck sucked in Cleveland before going to NE and becoming a legend! The sky isn't falling! Really, it's not!

it's maddening that they keep doing things they way the do and expect different results. pick a real coach for a change.

Don't keep picking retreads that can't get it done.

Gruden isn't a good option for this team. we don't have a stable QB situation. he showed that he was very vulnerable to picking a qb left to his own devices. in oakland and early in Tampa, he was given a QB that he could work wiht. and he liked very veteran guys. we clearly don't have that.

With Dick Jauron as your head coach you are basically emiminated from the playoffs.
