Im being 100% serious. He has been outplayed in every game. You may say he had 3 INTs, but all came on bad throws right to him nothing special. He was dominated in all of the preseason games.
Can we stop saying mckelvin should start?

Lankster, after all, he had 3 INT's playing against 3rd stringers.

Re: Can we stop saying mckelvin should start?
I thought McKelvin actually played pretty good last night. He had good coverage on the completed passes. He even hit one guy and made him land out of bounds. I think he will be just fine.
It's the pass rush I am worried about. No CB looks good after 5 seconds."Heck, now I am glad his overrated arce made the pro bowl, else we would have only got a 3rd." ~ yordad

Originally posted by OpIv37That settles it then. Lankster and Youboty can start, Corner and Florence can fight it out for nickel, and McGee and McKelvin can fight it out for the 5th corner spot. They both return kicks, so loser gets cut. Problem solved.

Re: Can we stop saying mckelvin should start?
McKelvin has been hit or miss, but he's shown flashes of being a very good CB. And honestly, are you telling me that EVERY interception made by EVERY other CB is a result of good coverage instead of a horrible QB throw? Sorry, I don't believe it. You could probably say the same for a lot of other INT's made during the preseason. Also, he did have good coverage on Hester. He also did very well last night covering the quick passes the Steelers used at times. He came up very fast and made the tackle on Sweed one of the times."Misguided political correctness tethers our intellects."
