Seems simple enough.
If it doesn't work, fix it.
Lets look at some at our approach to building a winning team over the past decade:
If you do what you've always done, you get what you've always got.
If it doesn't work, fix it.
Lets look at some at our approach to building a winning team over the past decade:
- We have not had a single HC that has gone to the SB.
- We not had a single GM that was on a team that went to the SB.
- We have perpetually signed mediocre players or players who underperformed here.
- We have not drafted a single QB that has taken us to the playoffs.
- We have not traded for an up and coming star.
- We have repeatedly let a few of our top young talent leave at the end of their rookie contracts.
- We have repeatedly not resigned our own top free agents.
- We have repeatedly not taken the top, or even one of the top 3 HC candidates when we had vacancies.
If you do what you've always done, you get what you've always got.
