I think the club really was impressed with Marcus Buggs in the Pittsburgh game. I know I was.

The guy was a joke anyway...typical Bills useless signing. I like Buggs and think he'll be a good backup to Poz. I also like Palmer and hope he makes the final roster.

I think Palmer is likely to end up on the PS. The injury really hurt him.

I can't see him beating out Harris (obviously) or Bowen. With those two and Buggs, the Bills are at 6 LBs. If they keep 7, it is likely Palmer or Corto and Corto offers more now as he can at least play ST.

You're probably right. I agree the injury could have killed his chances of making the final roster. If so, I'm hopeful they can get him on the PS.

man we have some seriously small depth at LBer this yr
good thing we play all those teams with huge running games our little guys should stand up well if Poz or Mitchell go down
                      Ellison 6ft 220lbs
                      Buggs 5ft10 220lbs
                      Corto 6ft 200lbs
                      Bowen 6ft 2 220lbs
Harris and Palmer will be the only ones 230 or more
                      wow
                      so sad

at least pat thomas has played in the nfl as a starter and a backup before.

just another reason why this team sucks...we decide every year to roll with un experienced depth
The last time the Bills made the playoffs was 1999.

What ticks me off is during the FA period we brought in guys like June, Keiaho, Peterson and at least a few others I'm forgetting; and we end up signing Pat Thomas from the crop.

Just got the text from buffalobills.com that Pat Thomas was released and, quoting the text, "Dick Jauron said starter playing time will be a game time decision." That means to me that Ellison and Harris are going to be splitting playing time.

Another great FA signing from OBD in the lines of Matt Bowen, Bennie Anderson, Tuten Reyes, and Le-lo Lang bites the dust.
Remember Kevin Everett in your thoughts.
