This is not a Bills article but as an Ex-Head Coach for various age groups in various Youth Football leauges during my sons life I thought it was worth the read. What people like that man do is the backbone of creating good young men.

It's a shame it takes their deaths for them to usually get just a tiny bit of the recognition they deserve.
