All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Maybe Wilson is giving Jauron 1 game to prove pre-season doesn't matter.
What do you think? Word is the starters didn't play vs. the Detroit so they could prepare for the Pats. Well, if the plan works, Jauron looks like a genius. If the Bills lose by 30+, it's hello intern Bobby April.
"Heck, now I am glad his overrated arce made the pro bowl, else we would have only got a 3rd." ~ yordad
"I've just been hit with a piece of sky. " ~ yordad
"Forgive my opinion, but...." ~ yordad
"Warning: I might be hammered." ~ yordad
"I don't care if the word is "your" or "you're", so buzz off. Its (it's) a frickin(') message board." ~ yordad
I see absolutely ZERO logic in firing Jauron after 1 game.
I also saw ZERO logic in keeping him past last DEC.
But since the offseason has come and gone, I think he'll get more than a game to prove he still should be here. But as Pat said.... 2-6 might be the end of it.
Bobby April should be the coach of this team this year. Give the guy a shot, if he fails get a PROVEN coach. We'll prolly just end of giving the job to Studesville though.
I'm just saying maybe Ralphy wanted to fire him too, but decided he should give him an actual game first. It isn't gonna be any worst to fire him after week one. It is pretty clear his intern is April whether Jauron is fired now or at the bye.

he will not be put in a position to succeed. This team doesn't need another risky coach.
They could fire him. They still gotta hire someone for next year in the offseason.
The timing would be bad and they won't get the most marketing value out of it. The marketing strategy of this pathetic team has nothing to do with winning games. Ralph has portrayed the team as sinking financially. They are just "hanging on" here so mediocrity is a guarantee (unless the QB plays lights out).

right, but it'd be better to hire a guy after the superbowl when everyone is back at 0-0, people are thinking about coaches and the free agent part comes up at the end of february.
You pull in a coach then and get a good FA signing, just like TO, they'll see the renewals come through and then the new guys who "like the direction they are heading".
You hire a coach now, the renewals and new seats may slow down. Especially if the new hire struggles with the crap he's given. then people will be in the, "show me that you got the goods, then i'll pay as i go." Which is no good for the bottom line.
They are going to wait on a coach. Like i said in my article...the bills will be 4-4 at the break making it impossible to fire jauron and that will be just how the bills like it. then when he craps the bed in the back 8, they'll fire him and we'll all sigh a breathe of relief.
