you mean the guy who taught fairchild so brilliantly? No thanks. Not with Trent, not in a cold environment for a team that doesn't even practice in those elements.

They should have dialed him up before they hired Jauron to begin with. Our personal is different now.

Honestly, Martz would do wonders for our passing game. Our run game would suffer a bit though.

But how many of us would love to see our talented WR corps receiving tons of passes downfield?

You need a very good line and a QB that can take a beating to run that offense. We don't have either.

Precisely. Martz is not the answer.

Hell no. I have Lynch on my fantasy team. I'd like to actually touch the ball this season.

I don't know about that. When he was in Detroit, they had a talented WR corp (Calvin and Roy Williams) and a decent QB (Kitna). Their offense was terrible.

I thought of Martz as well.
I reember tha his offense is very complicated and its all about timing.
I don't think he is the guy to bring in this late.

                          Brian Billick ?

its too late in the preseason to hire a new offensive coordinator. Alex knows the terminology so we wont have to switch schemes and the offense can have familiarity. All Van Pelt has to do this season is do a better job of calling plays. Which means he needs to be aggressive. Very aggressive.

There is no way they are going to bring in a brand new offensive coordinator now. It is impossible. All new terminology, philosophy, style, etc. This is Van Pelts chance. The unfortunate thing for him, but not so for us, is that he tied to dead man walking Jauron.
