Pretty much how I'm feeling, although if I were forced to decide, he'd be fired. The way I see it, Jauron is good at coaching up talent but his game day choices will lose you football games, not to mention Dick is pretty limp and lacks excitement. We need a fiery coach to come in and replace him, maybe somebody like Coach Gruden - an offensive minded coach to help get things rolling.
