Oh yeah and guys, even if Merriman didn't assault her but she called the cops and said he did anyways, he will have to sit in jail for a day, it's the law. You see, when a female wants to devorce her husband, this is a common ploy they use. They call the police and say their husband assaulted her and while he is in jail for the day, she goes out and drains his bank account of it's money. :up:

No he wouldn't. Marshawn hit a women, drove off, hid from the police, plead to a nothing charge, and got off scott free. Only when he was too stupid to appreciate his good luck and committed a second bad act involving guns and pot, was he suspended.

I don't defend Marshawn. i think he's an idiot for his off field incidents...and i hate that he is one of our best players. marshawn should be suspended, but Brandon Marshall got 2 games for beating a woman. so by that logic, smoking weed in the back of a car is a much lesser offense.
