Eaton, Terry, Trufant pitch Seahawks seats -- single and season -- to fans over phone
Defensive tackle Chad Eaton brought the hard sell, linebacker Tim Terry took the softer approach, and rookie cornerback Marcus Trufant basically looked on and took notes.
The three Seahawks took time out of their offseason conditioning yesterday to man the phone lines in an attempt to sell season tickets as well as single-game seats.
"I'll give you a week," Eaton told disgruntled former season-ticket holder Frank Tyson. "What if I threw in some Krispy Kremes, would that work?"
Tyson had given up the season tickets he'd had since the team played in the Kingdome because he said he was tired of watching the Seahawks lose over the past few years....
