IRVING - Much has been made about the changes wrought by coach Bill Parcells since his arrival at Valley Ranch.
Motivational signs. Coaches blowing whistles. No. 1 draft picks shagging water.
And while Parcells' atmospheric adjustments play a role in rebuilding a team, he realizes NFL teams don't go from 5-11 to 11-5 simply by making Terence Newman a water boy. What the Cowboys need to be better is for their best players to play better.
And the obvious place to start is with their biggest disappointment of 2002 -- Larry Allen....
