I saw a lot of good things for a team that is supposed to be in shambles.
Offesnse: The interior line looked pretty good. Bell looks okay but needs work. The offense can run screens for the first time in how many years? They even ran one from inside the 10 that went for a TD.
The defense held their own for 3 2/3 quarters but couldn't keep them out of the endzone when it needed to. There was at least some semblance of a pass rush against a good O-line.
All-in-all, it was a heck of a lot better than I expected. We just got our hearts broken..... again.
