wow I heard about this and this is the first time seeing it...that kid must have a medical condition. Those aren't nerves there.

My sister had one when we were really young. She would have to say the work "Except" at the beginning of every sentence. Like answering the phone...she would say "Except hello". Some times it would be..."Ummna Ummmna Ummna Except Hello."
