Re: Mckelvin laughs it off
Leodis' fumble is being seen as the ONLY reason the Bills lost. But execution on Offense could have been better (think if Marshawn had been a man and not screwed himself and the team).
McKelvin realized it was only the frustration of a few members of THE 12TH MAN that vandalized his yard not the whole group.
Besides one game does not the season make at this time of the year. There are 15 more games left to play. Who knows, the Bills could go 15-1-0 and win it all. Only time will tell.
Only one other comment. The only thing missing on the last play of the game was the Cal Marching Band on the field. This has been a "View From the 'STONEHENGE'"

Re: Mckelvin laughs it off
yeah definite classy move on his part....
too bad the perps themselves couldn't have come forward on their own and just admitted they let emotions get the best of them.. That would have gone along way towards righting the wrong, and they would have have received a similiar benefit for doing so

Re: Mckelvin laughs it off
McKelvin shrugged it off, saying he still considers Bills fans to be the greatest.
"It's just one little incident. I hope it doesn't happen any more," McKelvin said. "I was mad, I was kind of like angry in a way, but I was laughing a little bit for what they put on there. It was just something that isn't appropriate."
"Expect rejection, but expect more to overcome it."

"You're not going to find a more classier, down-to-Earth person away from the field than Marv Levy. He's a guy who's pretty much made me what I am today as far as a professional player and a person."

Re: Mckelvin laughs it off
I'm surprised anyone could understand what he was saying long enough to copy that quote.

and I hope McKelvin gets a standing ovation in the home opener for how he handled the situation, and so he knows the fanbase is still behind him and not all complete idiots.Last edited by Crisis; 09-16-2009, 11:56 PM.Originally posted by LOSman WINSVanek is Austrian not EuropeanOriginally posted by Prov401Pacquiao isn't asian. Re: Mckelvin laughs it off
Agreed it was his lone error in judgement that cost us the game. I have heard he wasnt sure where his footing was and if he called a fair catch or took a knee he was in fear he would cause us a saftey or set the ball on the 1 yard line.
With that said.. I want to see him clean house the rest of the season. This should be a lesson learned regardless of what his reasoning was. Awareness is key as a return man....@Hemlepp53
