I just saw this on Chris Brown's blog and thought I would post it here. It's pretty cool....

The Bills organization has been a cornerstone of the Buffalo Community for fifty years. Through thick and thin, they have supported the community and the community has supported them.

This week, that relationship got a black eye from one "fan" who crossed a line and violated the trust between players and the community. But that one bad apple is certainly not representative of the bunch.

As a show of support for our player and our team, we are collecting money to donate to Kids Escaping Drugs, a Western New York organization that Leodis McKelvin has been involved with since his start with the Bills. The group provides support and outreach for young people in the area who are trying to battle addictions to drugs/ alcohol.

You can give whatever you want....

I'd rather show support for the players who don't fumble away games.

You wouldn't do it because you're not in WNY? :mehmeh:

So a letter isn't good enough but if you donate to his charity (which is a tax deduction for him) well then ????

Donate because you beleive in the cause but as a way to express your feeling about this incident... I'd say no... its a just a way of taking advantage of momentm from fan support in regards to this incident IMO
