there could be circumstances that have helped change his mind. perhaps the parents of the two teens would like the kids to learn a lesson. maybe he's had trouble with these kids before. there could be a history of these two getting into trouble with things unrelated. you never know. at least theyre keeping things in family court.Now you see that evil will always triumph, because good is dumb.
