Theres a difference between loudest and best. Bills fans are just the loudest, ive never seen a team that has more fans bashing there own team than the bills outside of Philly. NO has gone through a tough time and there fans are still comming to there games and they love there team even when they suck, id give them the edge. Sorry

Before Hurricane Katrina, the Saints were probably going to move. They had very low season ticket sales and poor overall attendance. It's only because of Katrina their fans are so "great"
