He was on the field and in tears, you could tell . He was having a career day and it ended for him just like that..

I was pissed, because he came alive and looked like the TE we've been missing

Interesting answer, Brownie... thanks for the insight!

Runyan was the first person that popped in my head when Butler went down. Obviously we have to see how bad the Butler injury is, but he would be a great add if he's willing, even though he isn't a perfect fit for what we're trying to do.

Agreed. He allowed one sack, but other than that, was decently solid. I'm glad we kept the guy. That being said, there's no one after him and if Butler is going to be out for an extended period, it'll make sense to bring Runyan in. Hell, they may even need to think about asking Walker back.

I have a good feeling that your right.... having blown out my knee last year I could just see it wasn't just a minor injury when they showed the replay. first thing out of my mouth when he grabbed his knee was "oh *****!"
