He even says it will probably be stronger and more solid when he comes back because he'll have a better and bigger plate.

Maybe he'll be back sooner than originally thought.

Encouraging interview:

He'll rehab as hard as he can, we all know that.

This seems like a very positive thing. The way he makes it sound it was almost an injury that came about from a plate coming off the bone... I'm not sure how those work.

I didn't read the article but can't they just inject some stem cells and have him back next week?

Well, they could, but there is a risk that he could grow a whole new body part from the stem cells... Would be great if they could grow an extra arm, but what if he gets a new thigh? That would slow him down too much...

He said the same thing when he broke his arm and they put the plate in last time.

god i want this kid to do well.. i am pulling for him more than any other player on our team to be honest.. he is everything that you could possibly want in a team leader and player.. he was playing so well prior to the injury as well.. just so disappointing.. that said.. the LBs did well this week.

Hes a gym rat. He will be on the field as soon as he can. He loves the game and all that comes with it.

He should call up Rodney Harrison so that he can hook him up with some HGH.

Put the Panzer back in the middle!

God I'll never forget (or is it remember?) when he gave me a concussion in high school. The man is a dedicated animal.

I think they should consider encasing both the radius and ulna in titanium.

Please, that's old tech. This is what you want:

Poz needs some mimetic poly-alloy.

He'll be playing by Carolina at the latest. If all goes well on the tests next sunday, he will be in the Meadow lands playing against the Jets.

Obviously the first repair was botched so what are we getting excited about? That the second one looks better?

We all had high hopes for this guy, but I remember when he was coming out of college, many of the experts said that Posluszny would be best suited at OLB. I'm starting to agree with that evaluation now, this is two years in a row that he's missed significant playing time. It's pretty safe to say that we will add another starting caliber LB next offseason, imo.

Yep, the hit was exactly on that plate which caused the break.

prove it. where's the link? this isn't the third or fourth time it's happened so it's not possible that he said this before.

I don't need to. If you were around when he broke his arm last year, you'd know he said "They put a plate in my arm, it'll be stronger than ever."

this is his 2nd break in the same place and his second plate genius, so it obviously is possible
