Can't say we're not scoring points.

NO 93, Balt 69, Dal 67, Min 61, Phi 60, Buf 57, NYG 54, SD 50, Atl & Ari 47, GB 45, SF 43, Ten-Indy-TB-Hou 41, Det & Jets 40, Den 39, Cin & Sea 38, NE & KC 34, Oak 33, Chi 32, Mia & Car 30, Jax 29, Pits 27, Wash & Cle 26, StL 7.

I still think New Orleans is gonna beat the crap out of us. 93 points in 2 games? :sadwalk:

they played detroit, and a Mcnabb-less Philly that gave up 3 or 4 turnovers

they'll get a tougher game from us...

We will need to play a full 60 minutes this week..., and Perry Fewell needs to NOT play his 10 yard cushion pass D

our running game will be challenged too, so our OL has to step it up

NO won't keep up that pace. Their offense is very good, but they'll slow down. The question is whether or not they slow down starting Week 3 or another week.

I agree that Detroit is not a real test, nor is a McNabbless Philadelphia. New Orleans will be be potent however. Drew Brees is one of the best QBs in the NFL when he's on his game, in Tom Brady - Peyton Manning territory.

I'm still shocked that Baltimore is scoring the way they have through 2 weeks.

All I can say is, thank God the Dolphins didn't end up getting Brees. They signed Culpepper instead of trading for Brees. Anyone remember this? I'm sure the Dolphin fans do.

Anyway, better we play him once every five years than twice a year.

also don't forget our points are a little over-inflated because we had two defensive touchdowns. Now, don't get me wrong- points are points no matter how they're scored. But the O can't count on D or S/T to bail them out every week- sooner or later they're going to have to put up 27 or 30 on their own, especially if we keep running the no-huddle and the D spends a long time on the field.

I think the Saints have two defensive TDs too. (I know they have at least one)

As Lecter said, NO has at least one defensive TD. They also have at least 7 turnovers in two games. So it's not just that their offense is darn good, they also get a LOT of opportunities with short fields. That won't continue at that pace throughout the season. Edwards isn't starting his first game like the other QB's the Saints faced so far...

But I agree with you...our red zone offense was abysmal against the Bucs, and if we're going to win this weekend we HAVE to improve in that area. I wonder if having Nelson out of the game hurt them at all in that area.

Who would have thought after the horrible preseason that 2 games in (and one vs the Pats) that the Bills would be the highest scoring offense in the AFCE?

Or even crazier, they are second in the AFC to the Ravens.

Picking up Joe Flacco in my fantasy draft is working out pretty well...

I hope you're right.
