Tennessee's Punt/Kick Returner has fumbled it multiple times in the past few weeks....I think we can easily squeeze out a 5th for him at least

I blame the coaching more than Roscoe. I don't want to get a 5th rounder for someone we took in the 2nd round. It's more of a coaching/FO thing though.
