In the way Buffalo lost to the Saints and in the way the Cardinals lost to the Colts? Does this mean that both of our teams suck and we should give up on the season?

the cards were in the sb last year. We haven't been to playoffs this decade.

the biggest issue in this last game was coaching. No motion, no imagination. No execution. still taking a lot of penalties that kill drives.

The defense played well. where is the offense. where is the time management. Where is the general knowledge, that you are playinga home game. you give us something to cheer about, we'll make it a living hell for the opposing team.

No way roscoe should have been in the game in the second half. his first half with the inability to know the play in the 2 minute drill is a huge level of incompetence.

Other teams do not have the same mistakes happening in year 4 of their coach.

This season will not result in a playoff appearance. logic goes against it.

It seemed like every other play defensively from New Orleans was a blitz, they seemed to especially love sending an extra DB into attack Trent. Eventually, he is going to have to read those defenses better. Think about it, if they're blitzing nearly every play, that means that there is a reciever with only man coverage in the secondary, we need to do a better job at exploiting that.

I agree with you on Roscoe, he is as worthless as tits on a bull. He isn't a feared punt returner anymore, he can't gain separation as a reciever and he is way too small to help as a blocker when we're trying to run the ball. He has to be the most worthless reciever on the entire roster, what a complete waste of space.

As far as playoffs go, yeah I'll admit that it's unlikely, which is very hard for an extreme homer such as myself to do, but take a look at our next two games: Miami and Cleveland. We should be able to beat these two teams, easily. We're 1-2 right now, but I think there is a very solid chance that when we meet up against the Jets 3 weeks from now, we will be 3-2. There is alot of season left to be played.

What does it matter what other teams do?

You don't compare the Bills to a team like the Cards.

Comparing them to the Lions and Redskins are a bit more accurate.

No, we're not...you've got to realize who is coaching this team. Dickey being the HC automatically deducts 7 points from the Bills before they hit the field. He coaches not to lose and it eventually prevents this team from winning. He's a loser and always has been...it's impossible for a loser to teach a young team how to win.

I see the same ineptness in this team as I have seen over the last decade. It just disguises itself, or re-invents itself, but the end result is the same.

7-9 here we come

What's different?

This would qualify:

<table class="tablehead" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tbody><tr class="oddrow" align="right"><td align="left">K. Warner (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=1682)</td><td>30/52</td><td>332</td></tr></tbody></table>
And he did that while getting constant pressure - yes he threw two picks, but at least they could move the ball.

peck, you are right. there should be an open receiver because the DB blitz's, but if he doesn't have any time, he'd have to know which receiver is open from the snap....and that is pending that the snap is even close to getting into his hands.

Trent is still a work for sure. That certainly was not inspiring.

As for how we rank against other crappy teams, does it matter. We lose and we lose consistantly. The way the bills crumbled at the end with little to no fight in them, makes me think these next two games are anything but givemes. Add in the fact that the injuries are mounting on the side of the ball that has been doing well for all three weeks, and miami's run it down your throat, wildcat style could vex the S out of us. The bills need to make the dolphins throw and that requires big plays. Our coach is happy with 2 attempts at big plays.

This is yet another game that we'll piss away.
