i would be all on board if he was coach......... Just don't see Ralph hiring someone that is proven they cost $$$

He will promote from within (April) or hire some Co-ordinator and sell the fan base on why he is so good or will be - more of the same .

I hope ... I pray... I beg.... We need a new coach.... Gruden has been a name I have been tossing around this board for a month or two now. Gruden or Billick would be our best bet with the FO running that show. We would see an instant impact from his presence and coaching style the following weeks game...
