What really happens immidietly after he passes? I dont like talkin about things like this and i wish all the well to him. But what exaclty happens? Who gets the team? His family untill its sold? No sarcasm please (shouldnt of said that)

The new owners won't be able afford the loan payment and stadium rent so they'll have to move the Bills. The only reason the Bills are still in Buffalo is because Ralph owns them free and clear or he would have moved them by now.
