There are two types of "Player Coaches"

The first is nice and understanding, doesn't demand much and is great for players that like to pick up their paychecks.

The other is tough, demanding and great for players that like to win.

Dick is the former.

In the end, there are only three liberal archetypes: The fools, the beneficiaries and the crooks.
