It doesn't take 3 years to rebuild if you bring in the right coach.

give me a break. we are going to bring in a nobody or loser retread again. Then they can spin the crap as rebuilding and changing systems. We can scrimp on paying a coach and QB to teach and play here and be effective. Our organization sucks ass and it comes from the top. I'm absolutely embarassed to be a fan of this **** team.

Until the Bills find a franchise QB they will always be rebuilding.

Rebuilding to what? This team is not rebuilding or building...that infers that we are getting better, they are not.

as long as RW is the owner we will be bad...not even rebuilding.

Yea doesn't always have to take 3 years. Aslong as the QB is a game manager and does his job you can win games (Like what Kerry Collins did last year).
