No Heart - this team plays with no heart or inspiration it seems
No Fire - coach has no fire (in fact shows no emotion ever) this directly impacts the team and their demeanor.
No creativity - OC play calling, defensice scheme, players improvising, anything something different if i see another checkdown pass on 3rd and long
No leadership - starts at the top, does Ralph or any bills FO attend the games? I mean seriously i watch on TV they never show them. We have ZERO leaders on this team
Its time to make a change. I know the guys "like" Jauron but we need to light a fire under these guys they need to get the message no one is safe
Last scrap the no huddle its not working. We have a VERY young/inexperienced OL, WR who cant run routes, questionable play calling and a QB he does not make good decisions on the field - why on earth would you even try.
