    Pick One Player

    I did this last year.

The commish allows the Buffalo Bills to add ONE player from any other team in the league for the upcoming season. We only get him for one season and his salary is not an option because we get him for free. Pick any player currently in the league.

    Who do you take?

A legitimate, in his prime pass rushing end, i.e. Strahan or KGB.

YEah, I've been racking my brain here. Not many great DE's nowadays, Peppers might be the answer.

                  But maybe Kearse.

Yeah, a guy like Peppers would be my second choice.

DE for sure. Ya gotta look at the marginal difference, not the overall level of a player. I.e., Urlacher over Fletcher. Harrison in addition to Moulds/Reed. Peppers over who, McKenzie or Jones. Vick over Bledsoe.

I think Peppers over Kearse. Kearse had the injuries lately, Peppers is younger, and fresh after his 4 game "break"

I don't necessarily think that Vick would be an improvement over Drew. For some reason I see Vick laying decapitated 20 yards past the line of scrimmage with John Lynch or Derrick Brooks standing over him.

I see John Lynch generally getting schooled by Vick and reading the writing on the back of Vick's shoes as he's headed for the goal line.

Again, the biggest reason that I think Vick would be an enormous improvement over Drew is that he's mobile, has an equally good arm, can run to beat the band, and doesn't show any indication that he makes the kind of mistakes that Drew does and has in the past.

Heck, in last year's PO game v. G.B. he played better than Drew has in any of his PO games. He surely didn't make any errors. My biggest fear once we get into the POs this season is gonna be Drew screwing it up and playing poorly to cost us the game just as he always has in the POs. That's why I think that would have the greatest impact other than at perhaps DE. Simply removing Drew's stupid mistakes and the type of stuff that causes him to throw 15 INTs in 7 losses and add 3 FUMs wouldn't happen w/ Vick. If we had been absent that last season we would have won the division at 10-6 or 11-5 instead of being last at 8-8.
