i guess you have to credit him Stroud as an acquisition. he isn't an embarassment. he's good so far and would be better if he had a better compliment when he rotates out or when Kyle rotates out. he routinely faces double teams and i've seen games where three guys go at him (but that was last year with schobel out)

My point was emphasizing the guys that don't work out. Even the sun shines on a dog's ass every now and then.

Takeo Spikes
Marcus Stroud
London Fletcher
Terrell Owens (might end up on the other list yet)
Drayton Florence (so far)

Price was at least a serviceable backup for injury prone jonas jennings, not like chambers and scott now
how do u down grade depth signings over time is beyond me

Only in Buffalo does someone like that idiot still have a job...I count the days, hours, and minutes when he's gone. To say he's horrible would be an understatement.

Bledsoe should be on there too.

we traded for Bledsoe, he wasn't a FA... which essentially began the Patriots run on stock piling 1st rd picks

none the less another failure in Buffalo

The problem is much bigger than the coaching.

Front Office is the absolute problem, look at our solution to having no Oline or Safety depth, we sign a practice squad player
yet we still have 9 WRs under contract

John Guy worked out the trade for him then, yeah? Couldn't the same be said for Stroud? Or should we deny Guy's presence in getting them here?

I tried to fix the title yesterday to reflect free agents and trades, but for some reason it didn't take.

From that list, these are the guys I'd welcome back if they were in the condition and playing shape we signed them in: Lawyer Milloy, Takeo Spikes, London Fletcher & Mike Gandy.

The problem is much bigger than the coaching.

Yeah I agree... but drafting players to fit a D scheme hasn't worked well either

We need to change the scheme and get ourselves some LB's with some beef to them. I think our LB core is the weak link on the D and that is coupled with our D scheme

As for the O it comes down to 6 positions. QB and OL. I think We have a good core of OL to build from, but the building must continue with quality picks and they need to bring in quality FA's to round out the OL. These baragin basement OL FA's have murdered us.

But lets make no mistake, our coaching has sucked and will continue to suck. We need the ultimate motivator, a take no chit kind of coach. I want the chin....

Add my draft thread to this and you can quickly see why we suck!

Serioulsy, it's going to take us 3 more years to put a team that can compete on the field.

I disagree.. I think a little luck on the injury front and a GOOD coach like the Chin and we play exciting football next year. We might not go far intothe playoffs but we will be competing for a WC spot with a real HC who can motivate and get the most out of his players
