is Roscoe just the Bills version of Afinogenov?

The guy is always looking to make a big play, fans always hold their breath when he gets the ball, yet his speed and desire to be a playmaker, more times than not, just has him being spastic. It usually has a lot of lateral speed but nothing is accomplished.

you see some promise and hope it'll all come together, but you just know it won't. The sabres seem to be just as unimpressive without afinogenov....wouldn't the bills be too?

Parrish woould be a better wr with a qb who can zip/thread him the ball.

I give him credit. He looks like he's still trying, even though he wants out.

Afino has a few good years or scoring goals and making plays. Roscoe has never really had a good year receiving.

really? he's had two very different QB's, and couldn't find the field last year because he got injured.

He's too small for every down as a 3rd receiver. When he gets the ball, he is always trying to do more than is possible. occassionally you get the highlight film with him, but most times than not it sputters out to nothing.

you mean who can hit a moving target in stride. IMO Trent has major troubles hitting the WR in stride especially on quick crossing routes and slants. Which is where Parrish would be dangerous, if he oculd get off the LOS

because of size he needs a qb that can zip him the ball .

yup. but the qb has to hit him in the nos. If Parrish has to reach for the ball, he's in trouble.

Parrish with his moves and speed should have plays designed specificly for him reverses, screens, dump off, deep routes
he is underutilized and over paid typical bills situation

we can't even design plays for both Lee and TO or maybe we do but the qb feels more comfortable throwing 5-10 yards.

yes, roscoe = max. and what did we end up getting for max? nothing, because regier overestimated his value until we couldnt trade him.

Last time I saw the QB hit Roscoe in the numbers, the ball bounced right of his freaking chest (the 49'ers game last year).

                              He's terrible.
