    Denver's Coach...McDaniels

I hate the guy and think he's an arrogant tool, but I love the emotion he just showed after beating his old club. That is what Buffalo needs...a coach who brings emotion and can get the most out of his team.

I loved when trent said "Our coach is a guy who gets us motivated"

    I literally
“You hold a players only meeting and get each guy to stand up and say what he can bring to the table... and if he doesn't, you punch him in the face.” ~~ Harry Neale, on how to fix the Sabres season.

He ran around the field by himself doing excessive fist pumps for the crowd after the game. I love the emotion but he looked like a tool.

Pumping his fist to the crowd and they go wild.

What's not to like about a smart young guy actually trying to win at all costs ? I envy the Broncos.

I hate the way people are all over him like peter king, but McDaniels has that team playing well and I thought his display at the end was great.

yeah, if jauron was coaching that team a) they wouldve lost, and b) if they somehow wouldve won, dick wouldve been doing his golf clap on the sidelines afterwards. mcdaniels is definitely a tool, but after dealing with dick i envy the emotion he shows.

I actually didn't like that display of emotion. It was over the top for a coach. Some celebration and fist pumping is ok, but jumping around like a kid after a regular season win was over-doing it for a HC.

That sounds like something Jauron would say. Is Jauron starting to rub off on the fans now?

I like emotion, but that was too much.

Too me there is no such thing as too much. But there can be a lack of as we all know.

McDaniels deserved to be happy and maybe he is a fan, unlike Trent Edwards. No one thought they would be 5-0 at this time

Wish in one hand and **** in the other... Tell me what ya get first... We have not been as blassed as 90% of the NFL fan base. We cant find a winning coach let alone a winning team. Seems like our ****ty players leave B-Lo and are in the Pro Bowl within two years..

We need a new coach ... someone proven and very demanding.. or a young experienced OC or DC from a very disciplined structured well ran team... Either one of these would make an instant impact and would engernize the fan base.

If the Old Mans (Ralph) main concern is $$$$ he would have more than he can spend if he had a winning team or a team who is heading in the right direction.
