The Bills.

Granted, the Pats are not using the original logo from the 60 season but the Bills uniform was gray and blue (like the Lions). They can't even haul out the original uniform and do that right. So pitiful. So typical. As God awful as the Broncos' original uni was they still used it (and beat NE).

We might as well wear those jerseys full-time now. Since we're looking like the new Lions.

Our jerseys now are dark and gloomy, as a result we've had dark and gloomy results.

The old jerseys are softer on the eyes and blue like the sky, please bring it back.

I don't think the old gray & blue jerseys would sell at the merchandise stand like the white & blue ones have. After all isn't it the bottom line that matters not tradition?

Jersey's have nothing to do with how well a team plays.

Joe Ferguson would argue with you on that!

If the Bills wore brown, teal, orange, yellow, and neon they'd still lose yesterday.

Umm...wasn't it these uniforms that we wore during our AFL Championship years? If so...then that should explain why we wear them.

Plus those 1960 uniforms were boring and ugly as hell. Why would we want to look like the Lions?

I'm sure those Brown and Gold unis for Denver were flying off the shelf...those unis were so bad that 50 years ago the team burned their unis in protest.

I agree with Eb.

We should be wearing silver and blue with silver helmets.

This organization is one big cluster****.

I think we have much, much bigger issues.

but that is the point...they couldn't even get the 1960 unis correct. how hard is that?

in other words...the Bills chose not use to use their original uniforms because they knew they wouldn't be able to make all the money off them that they are making on the throwbacks that they chose to wear instead...

no...in other words they couldn't spend the few extra nickles to bring back the 1960s unis...just like they had the white bison on the red helmet as a one game throwback 10 years ago...on the cheap.

Actually not all of the AFL teams have gone to 1960 for their uniforms:

Buffalo Bills 1965 AFL Championship season: White helmet featuring a simple red buffalo.

Denver Broncos 1960 season: Brown and yellow uniform; brown helmet.

Kansas City Chiefs (Dallas Texans) 1962 AFL Championship season: Red and white uniform; red helmet featuring an outline of the state of Texas (played in Dallas 1960-62 before moving to Kansas City).

New England Patriots (Boston Patriots) 1963 divisional championship season: White helmet featuring the original Patriot logo.

New York Jets (Titans of New York) 1961 season: Gold and navy uniforms; navy helmet.

Oakland Raiders 1963 season: White (away) jersey features silver numbers outlined in black; silver helmet with original Raiders logo.

San Diego Chargers 1963 AFL Championship season: White pants with yellow bolt down legs.

Tennessee Titans (Houston Oilers) 1960 season: Blue and white jersey with red accents; blue helmet with derrick logo (played in Houston 1960-96 before moving to Tennessee).

Thank you! It looks to me like most people wanted to honor their winning AFL teams...not just their first AFL team.
