The guy is a beast in Seattle so far this season after the dominance at Wake Forest.

He is so far ahead in skill set compared to Mitchell, Poz. Stinks that we missed Willis and Curry. Any LB in college this year coming out at the same level at Curry?

Completely agree. LB's may not be AS important as other positions in the Tampa 2, but for heaven's sake, can't we draft a LB higher than the 5th round for once?

He was the 4th overall pick in the draft.

We had Takeo Spikes until he blew out his achilles and has never been the same.

Spikes was better last year than anyone we had at LB. Pretty sickening

Sean Weatherspoon from Missouri is the name you want to keep an eye on if your looking for a playmaking LB. He'll be the only LB that goes in the top 15(that isnt a 3-4 rush OLB)

I wonder what Sam Cowart's career would have been like absent the injury.

He was pretty close tbe being Ray Lewis-like and may very well have been the greatest of all Bills linebackers.

If we keep losing like we are, we'll have our pick of LBs at the top of the draft next year.

LBers are the most important players on D every great D has a phenominal LBer on it
Derrick THomas
Derrick Brooks
Keith Bullock
Ray Lewis
Brian Urlacher
Darry Talley
Cornelius Bennett
Jack Lambert
Dick Butkus
etc.
TKO and Cowart were our chances and cause we are cursed both had injuries that made them half the player they were which is better than our starters
We need to go and draft and sign some nasty payers with attitudes that talk **** and get in there D's faces

was only just a few ytears ago and we could have landed Patrick Willis who most of us thought would be every bit of the player that he is showing to be. What's the point of trading up two spots to get a phnom like that?
