Bills started 0-3 in '98 and looked horrible doing it... Then Johnson got injured and Flutie started 10 games... And we won 9 of the remaining 13 games... + platoffs!!!! The key was change (Flutie for Johnson)... Fire Dick, sit Trent or preferably both and maybe we turn this barge around.

the difference being that that bills team still had players who knew how to win and wanted to win. this passionless team likes to bend over and ask for another.

i agree, a change is needed. i think if the bills could install a real GM right now, it would put a little desperation in everyone's step. They'll literally see that they are playing for their jobs.
