We knew we needed a competent backup QB going into the offseason and signed a real dud in Fitz... if we had Garcia, we might have a whole different opinion on whether we could win this game right now or not.

Why would Garcia have picked the Bills? He's a CA guy and had an offer from the Raiders. Trent was entrenched as a starter, and I'm sure Garcia knew he had a better chance of starting in Oakland with how horrible Russell is.
