TAMPA - Five months after the purchase of Tampa Bay Center, the Bucs' owners still haven't decided on a site for their proposed new football facility.
The NFL champions have called One Buc Place their headquarters since the franchise's inception in 1976, but the organization requires more room for staff and amenities to compete with new facilities across the league.
``A new facility is clearly the top priority for this organization,'' team spokesman Jeff Kamis said. ``We are currently in the process of designing our final plans.'' ...
