Pat, can you fix this part. I read it 3 times to make sense of it. lol.

Owens has had little impact (insert -on the field). To the surprise of many, he’s had little off it as well.

He's still ( although subtly) calling out the coaching.

As he describes Steve Smith's current situation, it definitely seems clear that he is using it to describe his own.

He's also holding himself partly accountable, which I like and respect. At least he's not saying, I'm open every time, and our QB sucks and can't get me the ball.

He's behaving to get one more bid payday. And someone will buy into it. Let it out TO!

He's going to get extremely frustrated at some point and explode. Either on the field or in front of the media. Its coming.

He definitely has to be boiling over away from the team, to people like Pablo, Mo, or Kita. God I can't believe I even know their names. :yucky:

Then again, it seems like he's taking his mind off it for what will eventually be his career after football - TV and media appearances.

I don't think so, Chris. He has a tv show for all of that crap. He doesn't need to vent to the media now. It may also have something to do with being another year older and wiser, and closer to the end of his NFL career.

Drew Rosenhaus has told him. Shut your mouth and be a good boy on this ****ty team and no matter what numbers you put a contender will come calling next offseason.

I dont think so, not on a one year deal.

TO's behavior directly impacts Rosenhaus' commission next year and beyond.

I'm betting Rosenhaus has one of those shock collars around TO's sack and a remote control in hand during any public speaking events. . .

i just hope TO doesn't blast buffalo (the city) after he leaves. he can be as angry as he wants at the bills, but we wanted him to succeed.

He'll blast the team, QB, coaching and city next year, when he's gone.

He won't go to a winner. Another bottom tier team needing help at WR will call. Like Rams.

Please stop with the "he's going to blow up the team" tripe. He's had many opps to do it (after his catch streak was snapped and certainly after the Browns embarrassment), but hasn't. And he won't. Rosenhaus has him under strict orders and TO knows himself that it would kill his future chances at a decent contract.

But even if he did, what could he possibly do to the team that didn't need to be done? Before the season, people were thinking he'd help the Bills get into the playoff hunt, and then "blow up" and kill those playoff chances. That's probably not the case anymore (i.e. being in the playoff hunt), but you never know.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Steve Smith is going to have a big game this week?

That would mean Jake Delhomme has a good game. That isn't possible.

But wouldn't it be typical that if he were to have one, that it would be against the Bills?

He'll blast the team, QB, coaching and city next year, when he's gone.As he should, he just wasted a year of his career.
