All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

Thanks to the two meaningless wins we wont be in a position to draft JC but I dont care what we have to trade we need to get Clausen on this team. He's the only QB in this draft that has a shot at being a Franchise guy
CLAUSEN has flown up the draft boards from what Im hearing.
Right now he is definitely a top 5 pick it looks like him and Locker are the 1st 2 QB's coming off the board as of this week....

It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
This game has proven my point about Clausen's best throws are his intermediate ones and his deep ball is more of a ball he just throws up for grabs with his incredible WR's.

This is not Claussen's best game and this game alone shouldn't be used as a full evaluation.
That being said, I'm not sure he's NFL material either. He doesn't play well in big games, he struggles with shorter throws, and it's hard for me to put it into tangible terms, but there's a poise element that I just don't see in him.
He's great for ND and I hope he comes back for his senior season- I just don't see him being successful in the NFL.
Adam Schafter said few days ago that Browns Mangini has been scouting Clausen and maybe they will pick him.... with Mangini knowing Charlie Weis pretty well, i would think Browns pick Clausen with the top 6 or so pick.
