ALLEN PARK--The second wave of free-agent signings won't have much more than a trickle-down effect on the Lions.
They might tweak the roster at a position or two -- with cornerback and offensive line the key targets, as always -- but no major moves appear on the horizon.
Teams can begin making salary-cap cuts Monday, when the impact is reduced on this year's spending limit of $75.007 million.
