The Isles played in Washinton last night and it went to OT. Thus, your reasoning is flawed - they will be just as tired.

But, they're at home and the Sabres are overdue for a letdown.

Not much of a home game, though - the attendance looks to be about 8,000.

Yeah and Paul Hamilton said that their home team locker room is terrible. Most teams away team locker room is better.

So, no one predicted that beating - Op was close though with 4-1.

And here the Leafs just tied their game with the Habbies with :54 to go in the 3rd. Here's to hoping the Larfs can pull out a win. And **** Gomez.

I'm not going to sound the alarm yet, but the Sabres' play has been lapsing into their mediochre play of yester-year for large periods of time during the last two games, and tonight for both the 2nd and 3rd periods.

They obviously have to put tonight behind them. It's not an excuse, but Biron played HOT, as he has against the Sabres since leaving them.
