The Buffalo Sabres have recalled goaltender Jhonas Enroth from Portland of the American Hockey League to fill in for an injured Patrick Lalime.

Lalime hurt his groin during Monday’s practice. Head Coach Lindy Ruff said it’s unclear when he will return. (http://sabres.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=504754&navid=DL|BUF|home)

Sabres will get Biron once DiPietro is healthy.

is enroth ready yet? what is the word from fans? is he ready to handle an NHL workload? God knows that lalime isn't the guy to get us through the olympic break.

AT this point might as well give th eyoung guy som echances. Not like we're getting inspired play from Lalime

I also agree that it almost seems destined that Biron comes back to Buffalo

odd manner for the sabres to get biron back. let someone else dictate the salary terms and then trade for him when you could have had him for free?

if i remember, the deal wasn't over money, he wanted playing time and could get that in long island.

i really enroth gives us a myers like performance and writes his own check to stay here.
